Jim suffered from a very rare type of leukemia called BLASTIC PLASMACYTOID DENDRITIC CELL NEOPLAS, or just BPDCN for short. He was diagnosed in Feb. 2016 and did chemo several times, but his condition continued to worsen. He was in his right mind up until the very end, and maintained a great attitude throughout.
