Rose M. Valles was born in New York City, N.Y. She was married to Alesco Valles for 18 years before he died in October 1997. She is survived by her five children: Esperanza Bevill, Ralph, Elma and David Sanchez, and Gilbert Harris and and her sister Mrs. Amelia Marks, her nieces Monique and Lisa G. Paterson and her brother-in-law Mr. Randy Marks.
