I am an activist foster mom, and am always taking care of a rotation of foster dogs. Ella has become my second in command. She shares her home, toys, food and mommy with any foster who comes into our home. She teaches them not to be afraid of humans. She shows them how to be well-mannered. She plays with them in her favorite game, tug of war. She helps my fosters overcome whatever issues they had developed from their prior experience. I wouldn't be able to foster as many dogs as I do without her help and generosity. Together, we try to help as many fosters as possible find loving and caring homes. I couldn't do this without my Ella.
