Joey,
You're one of the kindest, sweetest kids I ever knew and we love you.
A blessing on your head - Mazel Tov - Mazel Tov.

Joe, you came to E.R. Murrow for quilt week for four years and spoke to our students and faculty so openly and honestly. You told your story and showed our students all the pills you took every day. You told them that they didn't have to get AIDS. You told them to use condoms everytime they are sexually active. Your candor, your caring concern, your love for them helped them to see the person and the personal side of AIDS. You touched and shaped my life as an educator and activist. For all of these, I will be forever grateful and I will always remember you. Love you, Joe!

Thank you for sharing your story with us and for taking what could be a negative experience and making it educational and life-affirming!
