On behalf of Frank's friends from Madison, WI we want to extend our deepest sympathies to the entire Perlmutter family. Frank had a huge impact on our lives and I will always be grateful for that. He was intelligent, professional and most of all really fun to work with. I consider myself very fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with Frank and call him my friend. I will really miss our talks about work, family, friends and life in general. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
